Personally enjoyed it quite a bit. It is certainly some quality work in terms of the storyline and its artistic styles. I was able to follow the plot fairly well probably thanks to some side note from the translator( thanks for the hard work!) also I grew up in a culture with many exposures to Japanese culture. I really like romance in ancient times. It brings up some unique atmosphere for me to savor. The chacraters are also well developed.
