I never really understood why the male omega's didn't get to have a vagina (would have been perfect for the herm-fans of manga) plus, the idea of the uterus and rectum being connected is SO wrong and idiotic in many ways. XD

I feel like the birthing process wouldn't be that different (apart from him giving birth through his ass) since some of the muscles in the rear end also help push out the baby. That's why a lot of women shit themselves during birth.
Nah, the birthing process is MUCH different. And the colon and surrounding areas have not the same types of muscles. Most of all, the butthole itself is just not made for that process, unless for some magical reason in Omegaverse it returns to it's original form (which is ridiculous, if you really know how the muscles work, not even a vagina can go back to 'normal' after all that).
Oh gosh, I doubt that would work so well... Imagine having to press out a watermelon AND getting diarrhea. God damn would that be awful for all parties involved! X'D
