I can at least help you with this.
Put the chapter with the pages in order in google drive so you get a link.
You click the flag button on the left as if you're going to report smthg.
In the "other" section, you put that link and the chapter's number.
You click report and most of the times, the chapter will be out 2hours after and you get a notification saying your report has been fixed.

When you are on the manga's page (where you see all the infos and comments and all), there's a tiny reallly little white flag. Try looking around on the middle left of your screen, it moves at the same time as you go up and down the page.

Did the scan group drop this? I'm pretty sure I saw their post saying that they didn't drop any manga, they were just busy atm. Also the new updates is on this month
