haha. i think that there would be a womb formed in omegas seems the most probable and out the butt - but there have been some where they explicitly say it's c-section only

I appreciate the author for actually disclosing where the baby popped out from lol. Most other omegaverse the baby just appears after the "birth". Where'd it come from? We don't know. Maybe c-section? Maybe the urethra? Maybe the butt? But the baby's there. I like this solid and clear answer. "He just came out of your butt, are you okay?"
