I think there's one kinda like that, where the supposed 2nd lead and the game heroine is buddy buddy. Title is reincarnated into yandere otome game or something like that.

the closest i've seen is the one with bakarina who managed to charm everyone, including the heroine of the original story. they're not reincarnated though.

Manga stories where the villainess is good and the heroine is bad are getting really famous. So I kinda want something different where 2 mcs reincarnate into an otome game as the villainess and the heroine and instead of them being enemies, they should be friends who defend themselves against horny harem boys.
