Just want to point out that an omegaverse yuri would no longer be yuri because of how most of the authors setup the omegaverse. I'm always confused about what people are looking for when asking this because they obviously have not read the omegaverse setups.
Some have it set up that everyone including the females have Male geneatails, so it would still fall under the yaoi genre just be of the hermaphrodite variety which aren't very popular. Others have it set up that the Alpha females have Male geneatails so that would be probably in the hentai genre but again with hermaphrodite variety.
If you are looking for pheromones or sent fetish stuff you might have luck using tags to search.
Not sure what else you can do as omegaverse is a yaoi subgenre and I'm not sure if it has been adopted into yuri and don't see it happening with the way the manga industry is setup in the Asian publishing market.
You might try looking at western fan fic and comics as omegaverse was adopted into yaoi through a western fan fic.
Omegaverse rules are versatile for as long as you follow the basic Alpha, beta, omega set-up. Plus omegaverse wasn't originally a yaoi trope and was commonly used for HET fiction in western stories.
Regardless if the alpha female were to have a dick, it would still be Yuri/GL if the main couple's sex is female no matter what genitalia they have; In most omegaverses, alpha, beta & Omega roles aren't really considered to be sex but more of gender in a sense.
Hell, it could be set where Alpha females don't have male genitalia and could simply have a high fertility rate contrast to Omega females who are borderline sterile, with the exception to fertility windows that occur during heat.
Like I said before, Omegaverse rules are not all the same and the Alpha doesn't always have to be the one who penetrates and impregnates omegas.
