Dragon ball is literally 20 years younger than this manga. Comparing Dragon ball to Dororo is like comparing The Rose of Versailles (one of the oldest shoujo manga) to Sailor Moon. They didn't even have established genres like shoujo and shounen yet when Dororo came out.
Stop comparing this manga to its anime. It was released in 1967 wtf do you guys expect? Of course the art style wouldn't be as good as the 2019 anime. I mean, you guys better stop hating on osamu tezuka, the father of manga.
