Probable explanation: this was staged by White Hyung in hopes of Doyoung identifying Cast Hyung as a fake. White Hyung's gift could have been fake blood.
Maybe they turn into flowers only when they are identified as fakes? Overwhise Doyoung could have simply asked them to cut themselves a little to check which one really bled. There's no way White Hyung is dead though at the end of chapter 20 when we see the ropes intertwining, the white one is all over the place, I think he's not done here... But I really like Cast Hyung I'll feel bad if he dies so soon (or ever).
On another note, Red Hyung probably convinced Orange Hyung to ask for condoms or lube as a gift...

IIRC, they have to be dead to turn into petals. Anything less than that, they bleed, show injuries, & heal like normal humans.

HUGE spoilers for the most recent chapter of the raws (chapter 28)
In chapter 27 Doyoung confronted white hyung about bullying cast hyung. This chapter he’s basically like “Apologize or I will identify you as a fake.” And “Don’t go near cast hyung, don’t even look at him.” White hyung doesn’t apologize. Rose tells them to go back to their rooms to collect their gifts. Doyoung has a bad feeling or something so he goes looking for cast hyung and panics when he can’t find him or white haired hyung. He bangs on all the doors (red and orange are together and red doesn’t have a shirt on heheh) and can’t find them. Finally he finds them downstairs and cast hyung has appeared to have killed white haired hyung. He might not be dead but there’s a lot of blood so he also could be (damn cliffhanger). If he is dead though, there are no flower pedals (like what appeared when the first hyung was identified as fake) Only a lot of blood so I think author is trying to make us think white haired might have been the real one. Won’t know till next week.
I’m guessing white hyung attacked cast hyung again but he fought back. Hopefully Doyoung believes him and doesn’t get mad at him for killing hopefully a fake.
