Is MangaFox down? I keep getting a malware warning.

I was just on it. Though, it's supposed to have viruses.

I used it not longer ago, only had few unwanted windows popped up that's about it, works fine for me too.

I got that for one day, and then the next time I tried, I didn't get any warnings or anything. So I'm not sure what's happening, but give it a break and try again I guess
