Yes they do talk about it but idk about a lot of people, it seems more like she consented to it rather than was forcefully taken. She literally stated that if she was a virgin, can she become the duchess not No, I don't want to sleep with you and then you force me to have sex with you cause you're a prick like a bunch of ML's whose ego's are the size of their di*k.
Well that's my take on it. He was rough during her first time which pained her and she also talked about that as well to him.

Not fully no. They talk about it a bit and then brush it off to circumstance. It doesn't come up again after that. So a text book example of unnecessary sexual trauma for dramas sake.
Before I invest myself in this manga, I would like to ask if the rape of Edna is properly addressed in future chapters./If the guy who raped her is punished. Idk, but it would be extremely uncomfortable for me if Edna still ends up with that dude.
