The proof reader is to blame. Yes some the the blame should fall onto the translator yet not all I have heard that many words have the same characters in Asian languages. The job of the proof reader is to find mistakes and take them to the translator or someone in charge not to put a seal of approval on it and send it along for the next step. It is better for the readers to have to wait a bit longer to read a well translated version than one that is so rushed a preschooler could pick out the mistakes without putting effort into it.
Yes I totally agree. You made the perfect statement. I don't mind how long I wait if it's translated correctly. This "was" my favorite until this group ruined it. Thank you so much for saying what I would of liked to have said.
