It has multiple story lines.
The story is set in a small town.
1st story) the seme is a doctor. Uke is innocent type. Goes for shopping etc. I don't remember why or how the uke ends up here. But seme is friends with other characters in this town. Seme is manipulative.
2nd story) seme lost his memory due to a landslide accident. Uke wants the "old" seme back. Uke is town mayor/mentor. Uke was previously in a band and has two (or three) other bandmates who are his childhood friends.
(I'm very unsure how correctly I remember the third and fourth storyline...)
3rd story) some Yakuza story I think. Uke is totally in love with seme. Wants to treated like a dog or something. Seme is indifferent romantically towards uke until the very end.
4th story) seme is lawyer. Uke is Yakuza boss. Uke can't sleep peacefully so seme sleeps with him.
