TBH, i dont think we are getting a second season (at least not any time soon since the date for it was pushed back several times), but i doubt the anime/donghua will have a similar story ending. The only adaption that will have the same ending as the Original Novel is probably manhua and audio drama
i think it will have the same ending atleast they will become cultivation partners , don't tell me they will kill wei wuxian twice there is no way that happens .. sure make lan wangji wait 16 years then make him wait 50 years more
To those who have watched the live action and read the novel, do you think the ending would be too different for both the live action and the novel? How about the anime?
