The actual comic is yaoi. There's many sex scenes in the raws. The official translation is only available in shounen ai though.
OP: No one is willing to put in the work of cleaning and translating just for the sex scene. If you read the raws and official translation side by side then you aren't missing much. Not much talking going on during the sex scenes so I doubt anyone would go through the trouble of adding them in.

I dont believe its insignificant because most thing are admitted and it shows why the seme and uke feels a certain way about each other.
So i really hope someone would just put those parts in.

Most of the sex scenes contain very little actual conversation if any at all. Most only have moans and maybe a sentence or two. I was curious about it before and Google translated the words so if you really want to know that badly then that's the way I'd go about it. It only takes a minute if you screenshot and highlight the characters that you wish to translate.
