Please help me with the Title . I cannot remember properly but The Seme when he was young his mom remarried and his elder stepbrother was always sick as a kid so his mom tend him and gave all the attention to the stepbrother . And after they grew up I think the brother liked him( more like obsessed) though he's not the MC . I cannot remember the uke's part
