Manga isn't real, it can be a fantasy world where people read the craziest shit imaginable and love it regardless of how messed up it is, it doesn't mean they actually think these things are even remotely okay in real life, I don't think it's nice to judge them for shipping them, obviously no one (I hope) would ship this in real life but I think it's okay to do so in the fantasy world where no one is actually getting hurt.
