I feel like some people misunderstand that part when Take wonders why Mine is different for him than the ohers. He literally tells Hiroi that he thinks it is because Mine loves Hiroi so much, that Take can like him that much as well. He has explicitly stated that even though past lovers have chosen him (Take) over Hiroi, he immediately loses interest in them even if he thinks he might have had feelings. So his level of feeling and attraction for Mine is directly proportional to Mine's love for Hiroi. Hiroi starts seeing the change (and gets jealous) but later also somewhat understands the interesting dynamic they all have TOGETHER. Also that was the point when Mine establishes that he will also 'share' Hiroi (emotionally) that Take starts becoming just as possessive of Mine's body as Hiroi. But if you read quite carefully and look at the interactions, Hiroi and Take are really a package deal and the best solution to their one-ness is Mine.
