1. Ou-sama to Puppy Love, omegas get to live in their own district free from the confines of the caste. Yukyu Omega, they get paid leave and aren't treated like dirt.
2. Soredemo Suki desu Kasahara-san, highlights that exact problem but the alpha is real tired of the expectations that come with it since he's being bombarded with work. Seku Tsuga, the omega's defiiiinitely not treating him as the second coming of Jesus. For the most part I feel bad for the alpha since he's so sincere and he was used for convenience.

Wagamama mo Kimi no Tame Nara Ikura Demo, this one turned into a fluffy yaoi omegaverse. Unmei no Kisu wa Oazuke, respectful alpha. Totsugimasen Kara, bit himself before anything happened AND it's shounen-ai so there's zero rape/sex scenes.

10. Shounen no Kyoukai is an ABO manga that centers around defying fated pairs. It's got rape though. Not for everyone. There's also the second half of Kashikomarimashita, Destiny where the whole alpha/omega fated pair was addressed. End game was alpha/beta. 10/10 would recommend the manga.

The point about Alphas being seme and Omegas being uke is pretty much what ABO is about, though. Go read the wiki and its main origins. I remember some dumb author tried to shake it up by making all Omegas the seme and Alphas the uke, which... is the same thing, except just switching the names around. It’s not unique to switch it around. Anyway, I digress. I just mean that that point is kind of like complaining that Yaoi always contains gay sex, which is dumb.
One point I’d like to add that people often gloss over: no clear distinctions when they try to separate the “races”. Especially when they add that dominant and recessive trait and make NO effort at all to explain what is the difference.
I included that because in ABO, there's no switching evolved, since they have set roles.
i can see them switching outside the heat cycle but during heat, don't omegas get this need to get fucked in the ass? that's why they're leaking down there? you see their thoughts going like "man i need some alpha dick, i need something in me etc etc" right there with "man i don't want this what a pain lol" being an uke means receiving by seme is attacking. so it's part of their genes.
