Be prepare to murder someone. Only do it if they do it first, call it self defense. Any blunt object (baseball bat preferred) or sharp object could work. If its a guy kick their family jewels cause that works well. This one works with whoever, smack the stomach or the head. Bash them until they're semi dead but not dead cause that can be called murder.

if it's not human then we play by Natsume Yuujinchou rules - if you can't see it, it's not going to bother you so just put on some music or TV to distract yourself. If you CAN see it, just pretend you can't OR punch it really hard and hope like hell your spiritual power is enough to scare it away :)

Guys my curiosity just got to me and I go checked the room last night and there's no one (in movie this is how they die but I just can't help it)
And now I just wait for the alien abduction to happen
I'm alone in my room rn
And I went to the toilet to wash my face and I heard "someone" walking in the other room (the toilet is connected)
The other room had like the plasctic carpet when you walk it produces sticky sounds
And I heard that sounds fortunately the toilet door to the other room is already locked
Now i just ran to my bed and just made sure the door is locked
