Because i want to push you to do better, I am going to point out little things.
Lemme start with the things i quite liked about this, so i'm not just saying bad things about this, and someone getting the wrong idea.
I loved the facial expression, the way the eyebrows are curled to show distress. And i liked the pose with seju clenching her hand over her heart, not just showing it in the facial expression.
Coloring was overall nice, i Especially loved how you colored the lips and eyes, and it was good shading, shading was slightly flat, but you'll get better at it with time.
Okay, things that were a bit iffy, and to think about the next time you draw. This is not meant to discourage, or prevent you from drawing.
The first thing, while proportions aren't bad, and it's a style, i would still recomend making the hands a wee bit larger, and the arm longer. By longer i mean, make the biceps longer in length
Ex. The pose is / with her left arm
But rather should be more of making
<---That part of the arm slightly longer.
Also, when you (i'm glad you drew it) collar bone, place them lower down and longer.They should end at least where the shoulder starts.
Also, the boobies are in the right spot, glad to see that, however think of boobs as a water ballon, and seju got a rack, and they should be more of a tear shape, or the bottom be wider more full than the top. I'm not sure if you get what i mean, but less of circle cut in half, more of ( . 人 . )
This entire thing is mainly about proportions, but in all honesty, proportions make a worlds difference. I loved the drawing, i thought it was FABULOUS. These were just small things, that can easily be changed, and make your artstyle overall look nicer.
ONCE AGAIN, PLS DON'T GET THE WRONG IDEA, THIS AINT HATE, JUST POINTING OUT IFFY PARTS SO THE NEXT TIME YOU DRAW A PICTURE, YOU KEEP PROPORTIONS IN MIND.

About your comments.. yep I'm still working my way on anatomy and proportions. Boobs and hands, those stuff too. I intentionally made it look not "too digital"-ly since I tried sticking closely to the manhwa's art style. But I'm not also sure if I'm capable of not making it look too flat hahaha

Yes, i also draw, but i draw like shit.
I study a lot on proportions, and i can draw the bones n stuff. That's why my drawings all look decently decent when it comes down to Anatomy.
I have a problem with not finishing a drawing, so even though i draw, most of them are incomplete lol. I also cannot draw dudes
