This is going to sound ignorant but what is aftercare?
aftercare is the care and attention for subs (or sometimes doms who also need some emotional support too) after an intense and rough play. subs experience "sub drop" or the way subs feel sad after an adrenaline crash. subs can also feel neglected, so attention is needed and important. its something healthy to do especially in a long term relationship.
addition fact, there needs to be safety when typing your partner up. don't tie in the joints bc it will cause nerve damage due to compression. ropes can be not tied up properly and things suit ties can get tighter, can cause damage to wrists. safe play is important--an option can be padded restraints. not all so nit picky on this part in the manga.
btw dont feel so ignorant on this stuff. honestly i dont know a lot of stuff in the bdsm community either
