So, a heart(?) Starts following this highschool boy one day. I think this heart belongs to a salesman(?) Whick I am not sure but I think he was older(?). This heart guy feel in love with this boy when the boy gave back his id card( which I am not sure since its been a long asss time since I have read this). I think it is a coloured manga/manhwa? I remember after meeting the heart guy the heart disappears but later on comes back again?. Please help
