It's a BL omegaverse, I think it was a manhwa. The uke was blond and the seme had dark hair and was rich.
From what I recall, the uke was playing in a casino with some bad looking(?) guys (i think the seme was in the same table too). The uke had bad luck, so he lost and got himself indebted and were going to pay with his body (i think he was forced to), but when they were in the restroom, the seme came and saved him (he paid for him) but then the seme made the uke indebted to him (and made him pay with his body).
I think the uke dropped school, but they were classmates(?) before, and though at the time the seme were a gloomy looking guy, th uke recognized him. And the seme has bad personality.
