I wanna read something like uragiri wa boku name...etc where the uke shows he's happy and well even though he isn't. It can be physically but it'll be better if it's emotionally. I love it when the seme is worried about the sweetness of the uke and all that cheesiness.
The seme can feign ignorance over uke's pains, subconsciously or just be something like a detective. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
