Searching police-or-something like manga

Hello, I'm searching for a police manga that I've read before.

All I can remember is in the earlier chapter, there's a woman/man investigator (if i'm not mistaken) sleeping on the sofa in her/his office room holding a book that have a gun inside it. She/he saying something like "shoot me on my head, not my chest"...

Anyone knows??
