I have the same problem I just ignore the notifications, wish there would be a "dropped" option （￣へ￣）
Create a list like "dropped" for example, put your stars as a comment on the dropped mangas (that you deleted from your already read/changed as want to read or nothing at all btw) then sometimes when you go to see this list and see they are completed, you can change it and put it as already read and give it a real rating.
That's the only thing I can think of.
Today, there's a new feature. "□ subscribe this manga"
I think if it's unmarked then we don't get notification.

Hi guys, is it possible to not receive updates on a manga I dislike after rating it? There was a manga that had a poor plot so I gave it two stars and marked it as already read, but it keeps showing up in my notifications. I know I can take away that rating, but I usually give ratings for myself to keep track of what I read and what I didn't fancy as much.
