I read this some time ago and can't find it :
A man dies and meets three gods, receives their blessings and goes to another world as a child. There, he lives in the forest with lots of slimes (he's a tamer) that he can fuse into one big slime, with cleaning slimes, eating garbage slimes, etc He is strong with magic he meets people and a cute girl, goes to a church and joins a guild.
