Considering it seems that only Male omegas or females can get pregnant in this universe i'm assuming cuz I have yet to see any evidence of a Male beta or Male alpha getting pregnant and I've read a lot of omagaverse stories and some have different stories of how their biology works. Anyway although dojun clearly loves heesoo I think he's walking on eggshells cuz he's very aware that heesoo is more the type to put others before himself and has huge respect for dojun and his family hence why heesoo doesn't feel like they're really in a relationship cuz he doesn't want to get his hopes up and accepts his role as a mere beta and nothing special
