What I understand from this manga; while the peach fell from heaven it was filled with celestial essence which filled the seed inside. The seed transformed into an embryo, then it kept growing into a baby while it fell through the crack of space and time down to earth. That could also mean he ages differently. Plus 1day in heaven is 1year on earth.
What exactly is the age of peach boy? Translation says ten odd days, ten odd years, so I assumed he’s probably around 11 or 12, because some time in the human world did pass after Son Goku arrived. .....
