Agree with you, what’s wrong with a couple of 2 husbands? Or 2 wives? Forcing a fictional universe born from homosexual fantasy to follow heterosexual standard sounds counteractive. And it’s confusing as hell! Unless the involved party wants to be called “wife” or “mother”, in which case they should be addressed as trans women.
@Shaaaww sorry for stating my opinion, you could have ignored it also :) . Music, books, movies, manga etc everything is fiction, but it doesnt make it less prone to criticism. Also fiction sometimes shows authors or societies view of the world or certain problem.
@JJ12 I dont really need an explanation, I get it, I just really dislike it. Guys that bottom and women are not usually submissive and its sad that for so many authors wife/bottom = submissive character. If they are men they can be called both husbands.
@Pidapipo - I usually dislike when people force "heteronormativity talk" on others, but I have to agree on this. You are making a love story about men, you dont have to make one of them lady with a penis lol . But I'm kinda ok with them being called "mother/mom" if they have given birth, even tho its a bit strange lol.
@Others - I know its not that deep, dont get me wrong lol just annoyed a bit. Also I hope that we dont have any more dumb misunderstandings and that big bro tells his parents that his ex is out of the picture.
I'll be honest, I really dislike that in some omegaverses they are forcing "husband and wife" narrative. What are they if it's omega and omega? Wife and wife? What is a beta then? Are alpha/omega and beta pair then called husband/wife and their bad choice lol ?
Idk, it just irks me, that they force that omega who is submissive has to be the "wife" and the dominant one has to be the "husband". I didn't notice them calling female alphas "husbands".
Thats it rant over lol ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
