it's survival of the fittest. Betas are seen as prey. Everyone is trying to mate with the best species. Hence the title CASTEhate, they live in a caste system. It's a cruel caste system. Alphas mingle with each other & aim for rare species. Whereas betas mingle with each other but aim for alphas.
