Rating A Manga...

If it's just an ok story and I know my ass going to forget it, then 3 stars. If I really love it like I keep re-reading the pages when something happens or I get emotional then 5 stars. If it aint the best shit ever but it's my guilty pleasure and Imma re-read then 4 stars (cough Harlequin manga). If it's just dumb af manga plagued with unnecessary shit then 1 star.

O M G I feel you. Seems like all the new webtoons/manga with pretty characters and a lot of sex (porno in short) and CUTENESS OVERLOADED or super fucked up story get all the raves and over 9.0 ratings. Some are... Pidapipo

Ikr?! though- even just 'porn' ones can be more- if we take a look on zarias works (or is it just my imagine?- no cant be, great art, also plot and never simple charas). also for the fucked up ones- there are so many old ones and just bec. the art is old-style the ranking is below 7 and the new ones... sometimes it makes me almost sad that new ones (manwha, manuha, webtoon whatever) often have better rankings then true good ones. it doesnt mean they are all bad!!! I mean - raising a bat or never understand... but like I said. the ranking nowadays sucks :(

its truly a great one (art, plot, story, charas)! though.... never read something like this when your head is filled- or its for me. like dont want to think about anything then just 'light food' is better. ivy

I sometimes do if I feel it's way too ridiculous but most of the time I finish it so I can give a fair critique in the comments. I shouldn't be criticizing the whole manga based on 2 chapters. replay~

I dont rate mangas I dont lyk, so my rating starts at 3 ☆..3☆: one time read4☆: gud but something was lackin ( will reread if i feel like it)5☆: only the best ones.. mostly stories that give you the sat... Ochako

Ohhhh! In novels I prefer to read either historical romance or erotica / BDSM stuff.

I've only read one series which mentioned Harlequin stuff. Anita Blake Vampire Hunter. Nothing other than this...

Oh! I don't know if I would re-read any Manga other than my absolute favourites! Skip Beat! and Namaikizakari would probably be the works I'd want to read again. Bella

Skip Beat is one of my all time favorite manga and anime. Truly a masterpiece, I'd read and watch it all over again. I love strong and powerful female leads so anything with that fits in that category is a reread for me (unless there are other aspects as well that don't categorize well).

Totally agree! I just love Skip Beat! overall. I love the character development and the plot. The romance could be a little faster, but I don't mind. There's way more to Skip Beat! than the romance aspect. I was feeling very down for weeks after I finished reading it. I couldn't find anything similar or better than Skip Beat! It's a masterpiece.
