As far as I know, C dies in a car accident. Not sure though if that's that accident.

W will found out that the bone thingy is something that Z needed (which was given to the director's son or smthn) then he will find another donor(?) and give it to Z, but it's too late. A and Z will do the do because that's the only way that Z thinks to repay A.
Z will be cremated. C died in car accident. A will go abroad. W regrets.
Holy sh*t! I know that this is tragedy but it's really dark! But that's what I like.
I always imagined the story would be like
A will cure Z and then they both will live happily everafter and W would suffer forever.
I dont understand why C had to die though.

The guy W was cheating on with ( the guy who has W's ring) will be referred as C
The trash doctor (not doctor Ai) friend (friends of trash are also trash) of W will be referred as D
Doctor Ai will be referred as A
Ofcourse i didnt understand the language but from drawings and expression i was able to understand the story this much
After the night where W forces Z to sleep with him, Z will fall asleep. The next morning W will be getting ready for office and Z will hug (maybe because it will be the last time) W which comes as a shock for W. When W leaves the home, Z will look at him from the window as cries ( also maybe because it will be the last time).
After W leaves for office, Z will also leave home and go to railway station and calls A and then switches off his mobile. A will chase after him and go to railway station and brings him back. A will also bring Z's kittens and A's dog and takes Z to some place ( like a trip) and along the way A shows Z fireworks ( happy time for readers).
W returns from office only to see the empty home (even the kittens were gone). He checks the security camera of the apartment and comes to know C was there is his home. He goes to C's home and scolds him. He will also take his ring back and wears it ( too late tho).
After that W calls D to tell Z is missing and D comes to his home. He checks Z's tablets and then puches W for treating Z so bad.
(D knew W was cheating on Z and W was raping Z all along and yet remained silent until now. Thats why i call D as a trash person).
W realises the seriousness of Z's sickness and then cries because of his regrets ( ofcourse we readers will be dancing to see him cry). W will also start dreaming about his past back when W and z were students.
Z and A will be happily spending time in their trip. Z will he giving dog a bath etc ( happy time) and they talk about something ( i didnt understand the language) and then go to sleep.
The next day, C will be waiting for W in front his home but W treats him very bad and even kicks C ( i really felt bad for C because just like Z, C also loved W very much and even C suffered the same fate as Z like W cheated even on C and everything). After that C will leave and on the way back C meets with an serious road accident (nothinf about his death was confirmed tho).
Coming back to A and Z, next day in the morning Z will be shivering ( maybe because of his sickness or fever) and A gets ready to take him to hospital.
D and W will be in an event ( office event or something) and W will give something to D ( dont know what).
