Though reading Sign again, I realize the author did say there would be a season 3, but hey, we don't know Korean, so we can't really read the author's note from the raws anyway. We'll just have to wait and see.

Hey, don’t be too sad that the raw story has reached it’s end. I mean, who knows what’ll happen? I thought Sign was finished, but hey, it’s up and running again. Figured that Love Is An Illusion was completed as well, but it’s obvious that the “side story” continuation is just the regular story with slower updates. Lol
Call me a perv, but I’m secretly hoping that they do the same thing as in Cherry Blossoms After a Winter with a more explicit continuation. Haha
