It's about twin sisters.
They both like the same guy; the guy is going out with the outgoing twin (Twin A). Twin A and the guy are about to get married, but the guy got in an accident where he lost his eyesight while trying to save Twin B. Twin A ended up ending her marriage with the guy, because she was not confident enough that she can support him throughout this whole ordeal. Twin B ended up supporting the guy, while pretending she was Twin A. The guy eventually got his eyesight back, and he planned to continue his marriage preparations with Twin A (who is actually Twin B) who he thought was supporting him this whole time. Twin B gave way and allowed Twin A to come back into the scene and marry the guy, but at the marriage ceremony, the guy felt something was off.
