They do end up together. They throw away the ashtray and collar and the seme clearly didn't like the idea the uke going overseas in which he need to negotiate unless he wanted to be chain on the bed. Again.

The first story was alright but yeah no real conclusion for the second couple, it's pretty open-ended with them being together yet not.
