Its obvious the story gonna get unpleasant for quite a long time coz qing yu might come to kno abt the motive behind and come to hate him making the story take a total U turn. So probably very less chance of yaoi thig we are expecting.

Agreed. There is too much gaslighting. I would only stick with it if the boy became a strong ml and flipped the tables. But from the spoilers, it doesn't seem like that will happen.
