I read those parts, but they were so many an scadeted everywhere that I forgot them and I'm also kinda at a loss too (￣∇￣") so I also won't mind any explanation.
This is my run down as simple as I can make it. I don't know if I have to say thing but Sungho is the one with yellow eyes.
They were friends in high school. As they got closer, Dohyun became interested in Sungho in 'other' ways. One day in the warehouse he kisses Sungho and tries to feel him up. Sungho pushes him away.
The next day Dohyun comes to school with a bruise on his cheek from his Uncle. Sungho is concerned but Dohyun says there’s nothing to be done about it. Sungho kisses him, admitting to liking Dohyun ‘maybe in a different way’ than he likes Sungho, but that kissing should be fine. Because he does like Dohyun and wants him to be happy.
They maintain this relationship until the new school year begins and they find out they’re in different classes.
This puts a strain on the relationship because they barely see each other now. Dohyun realizes how different they are. (Sungho is busy being class president and is from a well off family and Dohyun lives with his Aunt and Uncle because his dad abandoned him and has to keep a job) Feeling resentful, Dohyun quickly loses faith in the relationship before he becomes attached and get hurts.
Sungho feels the distance and tries to talk to him but Dohyun gets mad at him for even pointing it out, saying things like “I didn’t get mad when you were busy, don’t be annoying” Thinking Sungho would just leave it and let the relationship fizzle.
Instead, Sungho approaches him asking to hang out in the warehouse. Dohyun's about to leave so Sungho kisses him and initiates sex. (This part confuses me so it’s chap 46 for reference). After doing it, Dohyun realizes, “He would hold onto me even if I never bothered to hold his hand.” I can’t tell if this makes Dohyun genuinely like Sungho further because of his devotion or if he likes the control, knowing he can make Sungho do whatever he wants.
Dohyun says it’s because of Sungho that he can feel this much joy and he doesn’t want it to end but then he goes and takes advantage of Sungho, making him do whatever he wants, (sexually. like the vibrator, masturbating in front of Dohyun, and the markers) knowing to some degree that Sungho doesn't want to do these things.
Anytime Sungho showed an ounce of how he really felt which was uncertainty and reluctance, Dohyun would respond by getting angry and manipulating him.
After an incident at school where Sungho pulls his hand away, Dohyun starts to ignore him. Sungho sends a bunch of worried texts. He calls and Dohyun answers and hangs up.
He treats Sungho terribly. And says when Sungho begs it makes him extremely happy. But then says, I really like him. He gets a gift for Sungho, to do something nice for Sungho for once (literally). And he sees Sungho being taken from school by officers (I think he fought a kid who was talking about him and Dohyun’s funny relationship and maybe pushed a teacher I'm not sure)
When Sungho sees Dohyun he says he should’ve never done it in the first place and it’s disgusting, somehow breaking Dohyun’s heart even though he acts like he doesn’t have one in the first place.
Sungho had been slowly falling apart about the whole thing. For him he felt like he’s being pressured to do these sexual things but he was the one who ‘wanted’ it. He felt like it was the only thing he could do to stay together with Dohyun and keep him happy. But began to blame him.
After Sungho got sent home he had a mental breakdown. In an attempt to find where it all went wrong, he rewrites everything in his diary up until August 25 which is when he first had sex and also when he stopped writing in his diary. He fills all the empty pages with what happened and then start sobbing and screaming ripping all the pages out. In the end he blames himself for everything and ending their relationship, claiming he “threw Dohyun away”
Then he tries to hang himself but the ceiling fan breaks and the light shatters, cutting up his face.

I think unintentionally I skipped the flashback parts since I didn't start reading s2 from the beginning (I think). Now, I don't get anything. Can someone please explain everything that happened in the past? Especially the final parts and all(￣∇￣")
