I haven't read ahead on this one so I could be wrong. But.. Glen is giving me a major case of the creeps. That smirk at the beginning, showing up at his house unannounced and inviting Joseph to live with him. They aren't friends so how did Glen even know where he lived. Not like Joseph's friends would just give up that information that easily. I don't get why Joseph would just move into a strange guys house after what just happened to him. Glen is probably a stalker just like that creeper teacher.
