this is not manga related.......but can someone tell me how to diet....i want to have 0 fat.....pls tell me how..

    Dont eat/drink sweets, fried food, and excercise.

    I did get very slim eating meat once a week and staying away from dairy, but I do eat lots of the other things, rice, oath, fruits, vegetables, etc and I like to eat organic and gluten free

    Exercise at least 4-5 times a week. Don't use it as an excuse to eat extra. Eat healthy by avoiding simple carbs and anything with a lot of sugar. Check everything you drink. Some beverages are so high in sugar, you can lose some weight just by cutting all those out.

    Pretty much what everyone else said. You should be doing this normally anyway even if you don't need to lose weight

    A thing I did to lose weight was to eat boiled chicken nonstop. Had it for lunch and dinner. I exercised with the do it urself 8 min workouts and did 2 sets. Over time i build on the sets until I could squat 30 including weights with no sweat. Lost percentage in body fat, have toned abs and am now a planking champion. I guess the only hurdle u will go through is the motivation which usually gets people pumped in the first week, but dwindles down by the 2nd month. Keep going. Set a realistic goal first and build on it once you reach it. Since u want to diet, I suggest u eat boiled meats with no additives, boiled vegetables and cold cucumbers only drink water, less caffeine and dairy. I salute u on this journey!!

    Limit Carbs, watch food portion. Drink plenty of water and Mild exercise.
