Is tsugumi slowly falling for megumi? Or is he still confused? I saw the spanish raws and i could make out he doesnt understand it but he doesnt want megumi to disappear?

Yes you are pretty much correct! Tsugumi is having a hard time understanding what Megumi is feeling towards him. On the 'date' chapter when Megumi asked "what do you feel towards me?" Tsugumi answered "Idk, you're just a guy that buys me food and helps me in my heats" rip Megumi TT
Megumi clicked his tongue cuz he was meant to resist Tsugumi and his heat. Earlier when Tsugumi called him asking for help with his heat, Megumi said "No, not until you realise how I feel towards you" but they ended up doing it anyways xD
And on the last page the writing says something along the lines of "I fall deeper in self hatred" so basically Megumi is feeling frustrated that he can't resist Tsugumi even though he knows that Tsugumi doesn't feel anything towards him (supposedly lmao)

Poor megumi theres a bunch of conflict he's going through, we can really only hope Tsugumi realizes it soon. Both of them are actually going through it, though Megumi actually knows his own feelings already （/TДT)/
