I believe you should maybe read the prequel of this called "White Angels Have No Wings" to understand what they've done and the cause of the trauma. If you can't fully read it, you can just read random chapters or maybe I can summarize what happened
What I like about the beginning is that both Dahye and readers are wondering where this crazy Yeonhwa is, cause during first chapters it seems like she was able to figure out how to live pretty ordinarily, tho frankly it's only a matter of time before she snaps out of it. Currently both protagonists seem to be dealing with their contrary desires which adds a bit of depth to their personalities that wasn't really shown much in a prequel (I'm not saying they were two-dimensional in WAHNW, but they were just dealign with different things), but I think that after you finish all 11 chapters everything will start to be more clear
I can read it again but I already been read all the chapters to prequel and do remember how crazy the one with that condition was.She was crazy as hell but she was one of those smart crazy people who raped her sister.The blonde I remember her being a bully as a result of being tormenteded by the crazy girl along with other reasons who was able to use the poor sister to get the crazy girl locked up.That is why this is so weird because crazy girl seems too different but like I said i'm only on chapter 5.
