I believe this new one is house not an apartment, about the old one it could be a Penthouse. There are plenty in big cities. Fucking milionaire people they have so much. Could also be a loft, or soft loft same goes for Usagi's, actually common among the rich
That is it with that insane apartment they got? It's super big and where they build like that? The closest thing is Usagi's apartment from Junjou Romantica.
