Sadly no. This is not a Korean webcomic, it's a manga and was only licensed for Korea by Lezhin, the author isn't directly working for them as it's usually the case when they publish a translation. They have a lot more manga and Japanese webcomics licensed in Korea than for their English site. If they publish anything Japanese on their English site it's usually a short series (and often BL or regular romances).
It would be great if they published a translation in English as well but the manga has been going on for a while (I think 20 years or so) and I'm afraid at this point all we can hope for is for another scanlation group to pick it up.

No idea, I haven't looked at the raws, I only know the covers so I can't really say anything about it.
Just in case somebody else is also desperately waiting for more chapters but can unlike me read Korean, the series is available on Lezhin in Korea (maybe about 200 chapters of it).
