It's an artwork for a Chinese novel currently translated by a scanslation group called Exiledrebelscans, which, if you notice is also the translator for this manga. This is one of the translator's own artwork for the novel.
The novel is called Mr. Fashionable. I'm currently it reading atm.
If you're familiar with a super popular manhwa called Mo Dao Zu Shi or The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation(?) they're also the primary translator for the novel and I highly LIKE SUPER DUPER HIGHLY recommend you to read the novel as well. It's super good.
