It was confusing. The explanation wasn’t in any English that made sense to me, but I think he was kind to the uke as a way of getting his butt. Saying he wasn’t going to force him and maybe even saving him I the bathroom. My best guess.
He meant it in the way that the seme is acting all caring and nice like helping him all the time to make him fall in love so that he can return home. Basically tricking him into falling in love, get what he wants and then leave
He manipulated the way keisuke felt about giving himself up by acting like a lost puppy. He says he deceived him because mahara knew that keisuke is selfless to a fault and if he acted pitiful and made keisuke think that he was also hurt for not being able to return home keisuke would give himself up, since its on his nature. Keisuke is just to fucking pure and way to much of a nice person, thats why.
