For Monster have you tried other Urasawa manga like 20th century boys and Pluto? Also try Homunculus
Try some of Naoki Urasawa’s other works, specifically Pluto and Billy Bat.
Right! So I just finished Monster and Code Geass. Now I need anime and manga on the same level. Note; Death Note as a suggestion is not required, nor is FMAB, FMA, Parasyte: The Maxim, Banana Fish or AOT. Basic criteria; Awesome character development and acceptable plot. Shounen anime like Naruto, One Piece don't fit into this.
