I guess it does depend on the situation. Like there's eating a BBQ, then there's eating raw beef. They're both meat, but one is more disgusting. That's how I view french kissing vs licking someone's saliva.

That comparison doesn't add up. Apples and oranges. And there are people out there who eat raw meat too. There are cultured out there that eat raw meat or fish. Sushi, sashimi these are made of raw fish. Are you gonna call these people who eat raw meat disgusting as well? It's all a matter of perception. And Saliva is saliva. There is no cooked saliva or raw saliva. So yeah, no matter you slice it, it all comes down to perception.
