Its a yaoi manga
The seme is dull wayy back in highschool, and then he gets a job and change his appearance TOTALLY, from hair and become a capable handsome man. then he reunited with some one who's ever make fun of him and planning to make the uke falls in love him, cuz the uke (looks like) doesn't recognize him, so he use that.
