I’m pretty sure there’s a ways to go. I haven’t read the novels, but I know vaguely what happens and there’s still a lot of stuff that hasn’t happened yet. And stuff doesn’t really go to crap until the very end, so the manga probably has a long ways before we get there. I really hope they change then ending though.

Oh wow, yeah. That novel ending. Thanks for the link to that spoiler random comment people. I'm going to tread carefully with this one in case it follows the novel because I really don't want to read an ending like that.
So, semi-related question for anyone that can answer it: How far through the story are we in terms of the original novel series? I would like to have some kind of idea how close we are to the part where everything goes to shit.
